Gluten Free and Dairy Free
2 cups uncooked brown rice or quinoa
1 tablespoon olive oil
1.5 cups of veggies (onions, green onions, carrots, celery, mushrooms, bell peppers, soy beans, spinach, kale, zucchini, etc)
2 tablespoons soy sauce of tamari
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)
