Ingredients: 3 medium sweet potatoes peeled and washed 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon turmeric Salt to taste
Tools: Large baking sheet Knife Cutting board
Serves approximately 3 people
Preheat over to 425 degrees
Thinly slice sweet potatoes lengthwise
Place sweet potatoes on baking sheet
Toss olive oil, cumin, turmeric, and salt over sweet potatoes
Place in oven for 12-15 minutes, turning periodically until crisp on the outside and soft in the middle
