Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It provides sustained energy and helps to prevent overeating when you get home from a long day at the office. On a Sunday morning gather your ingredients and make your Baked Pumpkin Oatmeal. Each serving can be individually stored in the fridge until you're ready to eat it. Pop your oatmeal in the microwave and you have a warm breakfast ready for you in minutes. I hope you enjoy this recipe and share it with your friends looking for healthy breakfast ideas.
