As someone who tries to follow the same advice I give my clients, I attempted to make dinner 5 nights a week. Fridays and Saturdays my husband and I typically went out, but for those other 5 nights, I worked hard to feed us with wholesome and healthy meals. My husband and I lived in an area of Brooklyn that had very few good grocery stores. So every Sunday, I would make a menu list for the week with all the recipes and ingredients I needed.
