Meet Health Kitchen's Founder Mimi Johnson
Q: What are your favorite ways to stay active?
A: I love spinning at Flywheel, training with heavy weights and kettlebells, and running through Seattle's neighborhoods and around its beautiful lakes.
Q: What are your favorite ways to spend time with family and friends?
A: I love to take long walks with friends and family. I also enjoy sharing home cooked meals or coffee with them at the neighborhood coffee shop. Doing things together makes me feel connected to them and that is important to me.
Q: What are your favorite comfort foods?
A: I LOVE noodles especially noodles in broth like ramen or pho. Noodles in broth with a whole bunch of veggies is the ultimate comfort food for me. I also can't say now to homemade berry or strawberry-rhubarb pie. I smile just thinking about it.
